Martin, Andy, David and all the staff very extremely helpful.  I wanted them to deal with a couple of small things re the car I wanted to purchase, and I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received. When I spoke to any member of staff, I found them to be extremely efficient, quick to respond, polite and professional.

In fact, I've purchased a few cars over the years and I've never received such excellent customer service. When I'm ready to change my car again, I'll definitely be going back to Bromborough Road Car Sales, without any doubt.

I have been buying cars from Martin & Dave for around 12 or 13 years, firstly a Rover Sterling followed by a BMW 5 series, moving on to 2 x E Class Mercedes and now my final purchase at the beginning of November 2015 was a 3 year old S Class Mercedes which is absolute mint.

Each car has been fairly priced, offered in superb condition and backed by a warranty from themselves - nothing like "putting their own money where their mouth is"; I have never required to have any work carried out on any of the cars except of course consumables - they are confident in offering their own personnal warranty and I am confident of the quality of the car for that very reason

The customer service provided by both of them from the very outset has been superb; approachable, friendly, honest and fair

No pressure sales men here just friendly faces with a great attitude for customer care at all times..I came here looking at a Mercedes and I didn't need to look any further when I saw it.. From start to finish, I received impeccable customer service. I had a test drive with Andy who openly and honestly answered all my questions.
On deciding to purchase the car, I was well-informed and offered a very good deal for part-exchange.

The car itself is spotless, well maintained and came with 3 month warranty which I have not had to use.

We bought a car from Martin and David at Bromborough Road Car Sales on w/e of 7th Jan 2017 and had an excellent experience. We were looking for a specific model and had searched around SE and NW England. We wanted to be able to drive away with the car and they bent over backwards to put everything in place for us to do that - the car was valeted throughout, MOT'd and they even filed the road tax for us. Buying a used car was a daunting prospect for us but their personal and honest touch put us at ease and the fact they extend warranty cover on all their sales (which you can further upgrade) gives you great peace of mind. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Second time purchasing a car from this garage just bought a BMW 3 series from Dave and Martin. Cannot rate this garage high enough. Very knowledgeable, felt absolutely no pressure from them. The car is perfect and also got a very good trade in value on my old car. Will defiantly be checking out the stock when it comes to upgrading.

Brilliant place to buy a car, these guys are really helpful and go out there way to help everything go smoothly and dont pressure you when your looking, also trusted to test drive the vehicle on your own which I thought was great. I recently bought a car from these guys and once I got it home I found a couple of issues that I was worried about and that were not covered by the warranty. I called Martin and explained the situation to him and unlike other car sales companies I have dealt with in the past, he took my concerns seriously and we managed to work out a solution that I was happy with.
